| Situated in the little village of Saint-Cernin de l'Herm, summer life in the house centres on the large, flower-filled garden and the swimming pool (9 x 5m) which can be lit up after dusk. The poolside is equipped with sunloungers, cushions, parasols and a garden furniture suite so that you can dine by the pool, with views over the surrounding woodland. The swimming pool is shared with the house's friendly owners. During the hottest time of the day you can eat outside the kitchen on the terrace, which has a barbecue and another set of garden furniture. There is a ping-pong table in the middle of the garden complete with ball and bats. |

| It consists of a living room with timbered ceiling, fireplace, TV and VCR, hi-fi system, convertible sofa (can sleep 2 extra persons). This is separated by a screen partition from the first bedroom, which has a comfortable double bed. The sceond bedroom has 2 comfortable twin beds. A baby's cot can be added on request at no extra charge. Kitchen equipment includes a freezer-fridge, microwave oven, 4-ring gas stove and oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The roomy bathroom has a bath and clothes drier. Separate toilet. Central heating, wood for the fireplace, electricity and linen (sheets and towels) are all provided. Domestic help is available on request for an extra fee. |
